That call buys us a few minutes too. Give us as much notice as you can and we will let you know when the treatment room is ready. We try to get true emergencies in that same day.

Should I call, or just drive over?

Call us at (630) 810-9940 first. You are only about six minutes out, so a call from the driveway still reaches us before you do, and we can tell you what to do on the way.

Is what I have a true emergency?

A knocked out tooth needs us right away. A loose braces bracket or a small chip is usually ok to wait a few hours. Uncontrolled bleeding, or swelling that affects your breathing, is an emergency room visit rather than a dental one.

A tooth got knocked out. What do we do on the way?

Rinse it gently with water and try to seat it back in the socket right away. Do not scrub the surface. If it will not go back in, keep it moist in your mouth or in a cup of milk or water.

Can you see me after work?

Wednesday we are open until 8PM. Monday, Tuesday and Friday run 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday is 8AM to 1PM by appointment. Call and we will tell you the next time we have open.

Where do I park?

Parking is at the office. We sit on the corner of 63rd and Williams, so pull in and walk to the door.

Will you take my insurance for an urgent visit?

We are in-network with Delta Premier. We also take cash, checks and most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
