A filling coming loose is the quiet emergency. There is a hole where a tooth used to be smooth, and often no pain at all on the first day. Then something cold hits it.

Until you get here, stay off that side when you chew. A little putty from the pharmacy packed into the space keeps bacteria and cold out. It is a patch for a day or two, not a fix.

Then call the office rather than emailing, and give us as much notice as you can. Eighteen minutes of driving is easier when you already know we are expecting you. We try to get true emergencies in that same day.

8.8 miles from the village center. Three roads carry the whole trip, and two of them have numbers.

Head north to Ogden Ave, which is US Route 34, and turn west.
Stay on Ogden for about four miles, past Nazareth Academy.
Take the ramp for Route 83 south and hold it to 63rd Street.
Turn right onto 63rd and drive west to the Williams corner.

Call and describe it. If it is not sensitive, we may book you soon rather than the same hour. If cold or pressure is setting it off, that changes the answer.

What can I use in the meantime?

Dental putty from the pharmacy. Press it into the space to keep food and bacteria out, and keep off that side when you eat. Do not leave it like that for weeks.

How long is the drive really?

About 18 minutes in normal traffic, 8.8 miles by road. Ogden Ave does most of it and Route 83 brings you south.

Can I come after work?

Wednesday we are open until 8PM, which suits a drive out after the day is done. Saturday is 8AM to 1PM by appointment.

Should I email the office to save time?

How will I pay for an unplanned visit?

We are in-network with Delta Premier. We also accept cash, checks and most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and Discover. CareCredit and LendingClub financing options are available.
